Who am I...

This blog reflects how I see the world. I'm San Fernando Curt Morgan, because I live in Southern California'a beauteous San Fernando Valley, and because I pay tribute to the great Red Skelton. His character 'San Fernando Red' was a used car salesman/con artist and marked deeply my childhood fascination with bombast and flamboyant chicanery. Neither are scarce here in Los Angeles County. The Valley - particularly North Hollywood, where I live - is fertile ground for seedy characters. Also, it's notable as worldwide hub for carjackings and facial tattoos. The photograph here is, I believe, actor John Payne in a tight spot.
